Hi. I’m Bridie.
As a writer, photographer and communications strategist I’m in love with people and ideas.
This love has taken me from Melbourne to the slums of Delhi. I have driven the dusty Tanami Desert Road to the red centre of Australia. In these far flung places I met teenage gender equity activists. Each committed to creating safer places to live in Delhi. I had conversations with Indigenous women leading childcare and early learning programs. Women who were making sure their children grow up strong and healthy in two cultures. I have also worked with brilliant delivery experts and software developers. They were tackling technological transformation in the insurance industry.
Each encounter taught me about the power stories play in bringing about change.
